I would add Luke’s lazy sacrifice to this list. He went out to Force-trick Kylo to gain some tome for the remaining Resistance folks to find a way out of the base. However, he did not talk about his plan to anyone and our super intelligent pilot Poe magicly finds out of Luke’s plan and informs everyone.

Question: Why the hell Luke did not say anything to his sister about his plan? Would it be that difficult to add a line like “Take all your people and find a way out, I will try to gain some time for you”?

But no! Why? Because we need to make a way for Poe to be the next commander of Resistance in Episde XI… Cheap tricks… I don’t buy it.
